About The Position
Vast-Auto Distribution, a subsidiary of O’Reilly Automotive Inc., is a leader in auto parts distribution and retail across Eastern Canada. Perform tasks related to product delivery to our customers. Inform customers in-store and by phone about products, services, and ongoing promotions. Conduct searches in both digital and physical catalogues to update part numbers. Participate in customer follow-ups (phone blitz, etc.) and solicit new clients. Recommend the workshop’s machining services for brakes, engines, cylinder heads and clutch systems. Explain product and equipment features to customers and provide demonstrations of their operation or installation if needed. Explain product warranties and return policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant experience as a parts clerk, stock clerk, or strong knowledge of automotive parts.
