About The Position

Our Counter person is usually the first point of contact with our guests. First impressions are key. The position needs a dynamic individual who is expertly knowledgeable on our entire menu and processes. Persons who work well with people tend to thrive in this position. This can be a fast-paced position during busy times, and often requires employees to be on their feet. Taking care of our guests are the number one priority.

Requirements

  • Extensive training provided for the position
  • 1-2 years restaurant experience preferred
  • Positive attitude is a must
  • Smiling and pleasant at all times
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to take direction
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Understanding of basic food safety procedures

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing quick and efficient service to customers.
  • Greets customers, takes their food and beverage orders, rings orders into register
  • The ability to prepares and serves hot and cold drinks. ( Coffee, Tea, Milkshakes)
  • Serve alcoholic beverages adhering to recipe boards
  • Assembles food and beverage orders, checks them for completeness and accuracy, and packages orders for on-premise for takeout
  • Collects payments from guests and makes change
  • Maintains cleanliness of stations, tables, counters and floors
  • Guest issue resolution
