About The Position

Our Counter person is usually the first point of contact with our guests. First impressions are key. The position needs a dynamic individual who is expertly knowledgeable on our entire menu and processes. Persons who work well with people tend to thrive in this position. This can be a fast-paced position during busy times, and often requires employees to be on their feet. Taking care of our guests are the number one priority. Good thing is that we have an amazing program.

Requirements

  • Extensive training provided for the position
  • 1-2 years restaurant experience preferred
  • Positive attitude is a must
  • Smiling and pleasant at all times
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to take direction
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Understanding of basic food safety procedures

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing quick and efficient service to customers.
  • Greets customers, takes their food and beverage orders, rings orders into register
  • The ability to prepares and serves hot and cold drinks. ( Coffee, Tea, Milkshakes)
  • Serve alcoholic beverages adhering to recipe boards
  • Assembles food and beverage orders, checks them for completeness and accuracy, and packages orders for on-premise for takeout
  • Collects payments from guests and makes change
  • Maintains cleanliness of stations, tables, counters and floors
  • Guest issue resolution
