Count Team Laborer
About The Position
Miami Valley Gaming is looking to hire a Count Team Member to help our Cage Team deliver the exceptional guest experience we're known for. This position offers early morning scheduling (5am-1pm) and is ideal for a dynamic, dependable, and guest-focused individual to join our racino Cage team. The role involves maintaining an organized cart of empty and full boxes, removing cash boxes from gaming machines, and replacing them with empty ones. The ideal candidate helps keep guests safe and healthy, is a can-do person who likes to keep busy and help with other tasks, and is conscientious about adhering to service, health, safety, and personal hygiene standards. While self-motivated and able to work independently, the candidate also enjoys camaraderie within a tight-knit Cage team and is open to on-the-job training for career advancement in gaming. The environment is fun, friendly, never boring, and time goes by quickly.
Requirements
- Ability to perform typical tasks required in an entertainment/guest service environment
- Ability to pass a background check or be eligible for a gaming license
- Customer service and hospitality skills
- Dependable and follows through on tasks
- Good communication skills
