About The Position
This temporary, 1.0 FTE Counselor position at Sunset High School will focus on college and career counseling. The Counselor supports student growth and achievement by providing guidance and counseling to assist students with academic, personal, and career development. The position follows a 194-day contract, with a daily schedule of 7:50–3:50.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and counseling to support students’ academic development.
- Provide guidance and counseling to support students’ personal development.
- Provide college and career counseling to support students’ career development.
- Support student growth and achievement.
