About The Position

Provides direct care and manages the patient population of a partial care treatment center serving children and adolescents ages 6–13. The position is with CASTLE Camden PHP and works Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., for 32 hours per week. Compensation is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, plus full benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Experience with children in behavioral and mental health.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all patients.
• Facilitate regular therapeutic groups addressing identified treatment issues and reinforcing each patient’s treatment plan.
• Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context.
• Accurately record daily patient progress in the medical record and complete other required paperwork.
• Ride along with the van driver to transport patients to and from the program.
• Maintain certification in the Handle with Care behavior management system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
