About The Position

This position is specific to the area of Community Corrections and Residential Reentry. The Counselor will be responsible for providing treatment to those that have committed a sex offense as well as Substance use counseling in a residential or out-patient setting and maintaining appropriate documentation; responsible for providing individual counseling as needed. This Counselor will be specific to SO and Substance Abuse Counseling in a residential reentry facility.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience
• At least LSW

Responsibilities

• Providing treatment to those that have committed a sex offense
• Providing Substance use counseling in a residential or out-patient setting
• Maintaining appropriate documentation
• Providing individual counseling as needed
• Specific to SO and Substance Abuse Counseling in a residential reentry facility
