Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing therapy, assessments, case management, behavioral health services, or related clinical support preferred
  • Commitment to professional development and obtaining licensure within two years preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic services under clinical supervision.
  • Conduct risk assessments, crisis intervention, and safety planning.
  • Maintain timely, compliant documentation and quality standards.
  • Use client feedback and outcomes to guide treatment and engagement.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support effective client care and caseload management.
  • Provide same-day behavioral health assessments and crisis support
  • Assist with stabilization, safety planning, and care coordination under clinical supervision
  • Gain experience in a fast-paced environment serving individuals with urgent behavioral health needs
  • Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and service recommendations
  • Work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health and substance use concerns
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy under clinical supervision
  • Develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and support client-driven goals
  • Work with diverse populations using evidence-based and strengths-based approaches
