About The Position

This is a full-time, non-exempt position at Diversus Health in Colorado Springs, CO. Eligible providers have the opportunity to earn quarterly incentive pay in addition to their base salary, with most counselors earning an average of over $1,000 per quarter. As a nonprofit organization, employees may be eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. The role involves providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic services. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, crisis intervention, safety planning, maintaining compliant documentation, and using client feedback to guide treatment. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential for effective client care and caseload management. Diversus Health offers various clinical focus areas, including Adult Counseling, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), and Youth & Family Counseling, catering to different interests and professional development goals.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
  • Experience providing therapy, assessments, case management, behavioral health services, or related clinical support preferred
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to professional development and obtaining licensure within two years preferred
