The Counselor III will be responsible for chemical dependency and mental health counseling, case management and treatment planning for clients who have been referred to Maryhaven for treatment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human service or behavioral science
• Two (2) year of experience in the field of chemical dependence or mental health treatment
• Valid State of Ohio LPC, LSW, LISW, LCDC II/III

Responsibilities

• Chemical dependency and mental health counseling
• Case management
• Treatment planning for clients referred to Maryhaven for treatment
