Requirements

Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program
Current and valid Ohio State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Previous experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on diverse populations and presenting issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate within a team
Strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards and compliance with legal regulations
