Reprise Financial is seeking a business-minded attorney to own and manage their approach to litigation and consumer complaint management. This role sits at the center of their risk strategy, with direct impact on how they proactively manage litigation exposure, respond to regulatory scrutiny, and scale a best-in-class complaint management program in a highly regulated environment. Reporting to the General Counsel, this individual will serve as the primary legal lead for all litigation and escalated dispute matters—partnering closely with teams across compliance, operations, and risk, while leading and optimizing their use of outside counsel. They will play a key role in translating litigation trends and complaint insights into practical, forward-looking solutions that protect the business while supporting business objectives.
