Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and dining facilities.
Ensure all areas are sanitized and free of hazards to maintain a safe environment.
Restock supplies and manage inventory of cleaning materials.
Assist with laundry services, including washing, folding, and distributing linens.
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
Follow infection control protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning schedules are met.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
