About The Position

Skanska is seeking a Cost Manager to manage and oversee all cost-related aspects of projects. The role includes estimating costs, budgeting, and ensuring projects remain on budget throughout their lifecycle. The Cost Manager works closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors to support accurate cost reporting and control. The position requires a background in cost management, change order management, and subcontractor cost management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in cost management.
• At least 7 years of experience in change order management.
• At least 7 years of experience in subcontractor cost management.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, or 8 years of equivalent experience, plus at least 7 years of prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all cost-related aspects of projects.
• Estimate project costs and manage budgets.
• Ensure projects remain on budget throughout their lifecycle.
• Work with Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors to ensure accurate cost reporting and control.
