You will play a critical role in driving project performance, cost confidence, and informed decision-making across the full project lifecycle.

Requirements

5-10 years of experience
Ability to apply advanced project controls methodologies on large, complex engineering and construction projects.
Proficiency in cost and schedule control techniques, including earned value management and critical path methods.
Aptitude for leading, mentoring, and building high-performing Project Controls teams.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong capability to learn and use specialized project controls software.

Responsibilities

Ensure project setup aligns with established Project Controls processes and procedures.
Design and lead monitoring, control, and reporting of program and project performance across the full lifecycle.
Lead and develop a team of Cost Control professionals, including objective setting and performance management.
Analyze cost, schedule, and forecast data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
Provide clear, actionable cost and schedule reports, recommending remedial actions where required.
Support client reporting, change management processes, and forward-looking cash flow forecasts.
Act as the single point of contact for all cost and finance-related matters on the project.
