About The Position
Paul Mitchell The School Rexburg is seeking licensed cosmetologists or nail technicians with a passion for education to inspire and train future beauty industry leaders. Requirements
- Current Idaho license in cosmetology or nails (instructor license preferred but not required)
- Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with teamwork, supervision, documentation, and customer service
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and the beauty industry

- Instructor license
- Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural & technical systems
Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire Future Professionals on technical skills.
- Train Future Professionals on guest service systems, including upselling, rebooking, and delivering an excellent client experience.
