About The Position
Paul Mitchell The School Clear Lake is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and student-focused Cosmetology Instructor to join their education team full-time. This role involves teaching cosmetology theory and practical skills using the Paul Mitchell curriculum, coaching and mentoring students, demonstrating current techniques, and supervising students in the clinic classroom. The instructor will foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment, encouraging professionalism, creativity, and personal growth. Requirements
- Current Texas Cosmetology License (required)
- Passion for education, mentorship, and student success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
