Under the direction of the Qatqinniagvit Career Tech. Education Director and/or Manager, the CTE Instructor will guide students in the acquisition of basic skills, knowledge and attitudes as identified by district curriculum guidelines and industry standards. Under the guidance of the Director and/or Manager, the Instructor will provide the basis for instructional decision-making. Programs taught will be determined by student interest and career pathways. All instruction provided for students will be individualized. This means that differences in individual learning style, rate of learning, level of maturation, and level of achievement will provide the basis for instructional decision-making. To respond to these differences, it is expected that instructors will vary materials, rate of instruction, and methodology and these modifications will be based upon frequent assessment. This is a non-benefitted grant funded position. Subsequent years are reliant upon continuation of funds.
