About The Position
Drybar is seeking a Hair Stylist / Cosmetologist to join their team. This role offers flexible scheduling, guaranteed clients, paid hands-on training and continued education, and a fun family culture. Drybar specializes in blowouts, braids, and updos, providing an upbeat atmosphere with great music, movies, and a colorful dress code. The company has a level system for career growth and unlimited earning potential. The owners are expanding their team for a second location opening in Bend in February 2026. As a Drybar Hair Stylist, you will receive hourly wages, tips, commissions, and training in blowouts, braids, and updos. There are opportunities for growth into management and education career paths. The salon operates on a philosophy of excelling in one area: blowouts. They offer a supportive environment for stylists from full-service salons to offer their other services to Drybar clients. Staff snacks, all products/tools/supplies, monthly competitions, free blowouts, and discounts on products/tools are also provided.
Requirements
- Current and valid cosmetology license in Oregon.
- Amazing hair styling and finishing skills.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong drive and intrinsic motivation to succeed.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.
- Saturday availability.
- Must be able to attend new-hire training in full before being able to pickup shifts.
