About The Position

At Drybar, Stylists are expected to deliver exceptional blowouts and styling services while creating an outstanding guest experience. This role requires individuals who are passionate about hair, committed to excellence, and dedicated to maintaining a clean and beautiful salon environment. Stylists are responsible for providing a luxury-level experience, recommending products and services, and upholding Drybar's standards, techniques, and service expectations. They must also contribute positively to the team, support salon operations by maintaining cleanliness, and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth salon flow and high service standards, all while adhering to sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Active cosmetology license required in the state of Louisiana
• Strong blowout and styling skills with a passion for delivering beautiful results
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mentality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy salon environment
• Commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and maintaining brand standards

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional blowouts and styling services with consistency, skill, and attention to detail
• Provide a luxury-level guest experience by being warm, professional, and attentive to each client’s needs
• Recommend products and services that enhance the guest experience and support salon goals
• Maintain a strong knowledge of Drybar standards, techniques, and service expectations
• Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to contribute positively to the team environment
• Support overall salon operations by helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace at all times
• Assist with daily salon cleanliness, including styling stations, shampoo areas, tools, and shared spaces
• Work collaboratively with front desk and team members to ensure smooth salon flow and elevated service standards
• Uphold all sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols
