Requirements
- Current and valid cosmetology license in PA
- Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong communication skills
- Strong drive and intrinsic motivation to succeed
- Positive attitude and desire to work as a team
- Currently attending cosmetology school (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist)
Responsibilities
- Perform blowouts, braids, and updos.
- Sell retail products.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members.
Benefits
- Average earnings of $22-$33 per hour (including base pay, commission, and tips)
