We are seeking talented, positive, and team-oriented Stylists who are passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience and want to grow with a high-energy, service-focused brand. Requirements

• Active cosmetology license (where required)
• Strong blowout/styling skills (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Passion for guest service and creating a great experience - a hospitality mindset to every guest interaction
• Ability to thrive in a team-driven, high-standard environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to Continuous improvement and growth

Nice To Haves

• We also accept applications from those attending cosmetology school. (state jurisdictions apply)

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality blowouts and styling services
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience for every guest
• Build relationships that drive repeat visits and loyalty clients
• Educate guests on products and at-home care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
