Requirements

• Preferred minimum of 3 years experience as a Hairstylist or Cosmetologist Trainer or educator in the beauty industry.
• Current and valid New York State Cosmetology license.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Proven track record of stellar customer service.
• Ability to pivot easily and multi-task.
• Dependable and Reliable.
• Able to work full time, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional blowouts.
• Provide hair stylist training.
• Foster a positive, learning-oriented culture for growth and development.
• Communicate effectively in various situations to achieve desired results and find solutions.
