About The Position

Drybar Encinitas is seeking talented and enthusiastic Stylists for Shop Educator to inspire and mentor our team! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the skills of our stylists, ensuring they provide exceptional service to clients! Requirements

Current and valid state Cosmetology license.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in various situations.
Proven track record of stellar customer service.
Ability to pivot easily with finesse and multi-task with ease.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 1 year experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment.
