About The Position
Bloomingdale’s Cosmetic Beauty Advisors provide excellent customer service and sell the store’s assortment both in person and online. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships through outstanding service and product knowledge while maintaining compelling merchandise presentation. Beauty Advisors offer makeup application lessons, skincare consultations and treatments, and current trend advice. They are welcoming, friendly, and engaged, keeping the sales floor lively and prioritizing customer needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous selling experience; cosmetics experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

- Previous selling experience in cosmetics.
