About The Position

The Corrugator Supervisor leads daily production at Pratt Industries’ Rock Hill, South Carolina facility on the second shift. The role is pivotal to the company’s sustainable packaging mission and involves guiding the production team, maintaining quality and efficiency, communicating standards, and addressing quality concerns. The supervisor supports team morale and professional growth through cross-training, and coordinates with management to maintain production standards, ensure smooth shifts, and resolve departmental challenges. The role also includes conducting weekly production and safety meetings and implementing strategic programs that support safety, integrity, and commitments to customers and the community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience.

• Experience in the corrugated industry is preferred.
