About The Position

The Corrugator Operator is responsible for the overall production and operational maintenance of an assigned machine, including setup, operation, housekeeping, and crew maintenance of machines in the designated department. The role processes materials according to company specifications, records production data, inspects product quality, and helps meet quality and efficiency standards. The operator also follows safety and confidentiality policies, reports maintenance concerns, and works with the leadership team to achieve performance goals. Duties and assignments may change according to business needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively and lead a small team.
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
Ability to understand basic mathematics, including decimals.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

Machine operator experience preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate various machines.
Process material through the machine according to company specifications.
Enter production data appropriately and accurately.
Inspect products and maintain product quality.
Use a hand truck to organize the work area and/or move materials.
Comply with company safety policies and promptly report safety concerns.
Promptly report mechanical or electrical concerns related to required machine maintenance.
Meet quality and efficiency standards.
Work with the leadership team as needed to achieve performance goals.
Complete special projects and assignments as business dictates.
Maintain, create, and control personally identifiable information and other protected information in accordance with applicable privacy standards, company policies, and regulations.
