About The Position

This position is for a Corrector for the course ADM4716: La gestion de l'innovation during the Fall 2026 semester at the Telfer School of Management. The role involves correcting mid-term exams and group projects. The total work hours for this position are 34, with the possibility of an increase of 10% to 30% depending on enrollment. The work start date is September 01, 2026, and the work end date is December 31, 2026. The hourly rate is $30.53 for undergraduate students and $36.63 for graduate students. The language of work is French. The hiring process will be governed by the CUPE 2626 collective agreement.

Requirements

Good understanding of innovation management.
Ability to apply grading rubrics and provide clear, structured feedback.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workload effectively.
Minimum C.G.P.A. of 7.0.
Must have successfully completed the course ADM 4716 with a grade of at least A-.
Mastery of French.
Must be present in Ottawa for the entire duration of the course, including final exam grading and final grade calculation.
Must have access to a computer, internet, microphone, and camera if the course is online.
Must complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.

Nice To Haves

Experience with online course presentation.
Experience with an online video conferencing environment (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
Preference will be given to candidates with the best grades.
Preference will be given to candidates who have previously been Teaching Assistants or Correctors for this course.
Preference will be given to candidates enrolled in Telfer programs.
