About The Position

This position is for a Corrector for the Case in Accounting course (ADM4340) during the 2026 Fall Semester at the Telfer School of Management. The total expected work hours are 53, with an hourly rate of $30.53 for undergraduate students and $36.63 for graduate students. The academic year runs from September 1 to August 31. The work must be performed in Ottawa, and candidates must have access to a computer, internet, microphone, and webcam if the course is online. All University of Ottawa employees are required to complete mandatory legislated training.

Requirements

Strong understanding of accounting
Ability to apply grading rubrics and provide clear, structured feedback
Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workload efficiently
Minimum C.G.P.A. of 7.0
Minimum grade of A- in ADM 4340 or its equivalent
Candidate must have completed B.Com specialization in accounting
Must be located in Ottawa for the entire duration of the course
Access to a computer, internet, microphone and webcam (if the course is online)
