The Corrections Recovery Coach plays a crucial role in providing peer recovery support services (PRSS) to individuals with opioid use disorder and other substance use disorders in a jail setting. Drawing from lived experience, the Corrections Recovery Coach provides encouragement, support, and guidance to help individuals identify goals, navigate barriers, develop recovery and reentry plans, and connect with resources that promote successful recovery and reintegration. The Corrections Recovery Coach must agree to adhere to a confidentiality agreement and demonstrate passion for Full Circle Recovery's mission and core values, including the concept that recovery comes first. This is a non-exempt position and is based on a 40-hour work week.
