About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable professional to manage corporate training programs, lead new employees onboarding, and provide fill-in support as needed. This role is essential to ensuring employees are properly trained, fully integrated into the organization, and that operations continue seamlessly in the absence of designated staff.

Requirements

  • Must live within 30 minutes of the Deerfield Beach area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and facilitate corporate training programs that align with company goals and standards.
  • Maintain and update training materials, presentations, and resources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Support leadership in identifying skills gaps and designing targeted development initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for all new hires.
  • Guide employees through required documentation, compliance training, and company policies.
  • Provide orientation sessions to introduce company culture, values, and expectations.
  • Partner with managers to ensure new hires are set up for long-term success.
  • Provide coverage across departments during staff absences.
  • Quickly adapt to different roles and responsibilities while maintaining service and performance standards.
  • Serve as a reliable resource to ensure continuity of operations.
