As a Corporate Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping the teams that drive Family Dollar’s continued growth and operational excellence. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment with a strong record of hiring across diverse roles and levels
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-volume environment where urgency and quality must coexist
  • Skilled in building pipelines using both active and passive sourcing techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities
  • Natural ability to build trust, credibility, and rapport with candidates and stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems with Workday preferred
  • Experience using CRM tools, such as Phenom
  • Additional education or HR related certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Corporate Hiring Managers and HR Leaders to understand workforce needs, role priorities, and team dynamics to drive targeted recruitment strategies
  • Lead the complete recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending, and hiring top talent across multiple corporate functions
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines of qualified candidates through strategic sourcing, networking, and engagement initiatives
  • Deliver insights on labor trends, competitive intelligence, and hiring data to influence business decisions and strengthen talent readiness
  • Deeply understand Family Dollar’s culture and business priorities to ensure recruiting strategies align with organizational values and long-term objectives
  • Serve as a consultative partner to business leaders by leveraging data, trends, and talent insights to guide hiring decisions and improve outcomes
