Corporate Talent Acquisition Operations Associate

Success Academy Charter SchoolsNew York, NY
$75,000 - $85,000Hybrid

About The Position

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Operations Associate owns the administrative infrastructure, data auditing, and tracking systems that keep corporate recruiting running smoothly. This role audits requisitions and candidate data for accuracy, builds and maintains the trackers and tools recruiters and leadership rely on daily, and keeps the ATS clean and current across every open corporate role. It is a hands-on operations, data, and tools-building role: the recruiter owns relationships and candidate decisions, the coordinator owns scheduling and logistics, and this role owns ensuring the underlying data, trackers, and processes are accurate, up to date, and built to scale.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years in talent acquisition operations, recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similar data- and process-oriented role.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, with experience building and maintaining trackers, dashboards, or reports from scratch.
  • Familiarity with an ATS or recruiting tech stack (Greenhouse, GEM, or similar) and comfort auditing data for accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Meticulous & Detail-Oriented: Catches data errors and process gaps that others miss.
  • Systems-Minded: Defaults to building a tracker or template rather than solving the same problem manually twice.
  • Organized & Reliable: Keeps multiple trackers, audits, and requests moving without anything slipping.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable taking a messy, manual process and turning it into a clean, repeatable tool.
  • Proactive: Flags risks and gaps before they become escalations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct recurring audits of open requisitions and candidate records to catch stale stages, missing data, or SLA gaps, and flag them to the relevant recruiter or TA Manager.
  • Build, update, and maintain trackers and dashboards covering pipeline health, req status, SLA compliance, and time-to-fill against target OKRs.
  • Design and roll out administrative tools and templates (intake forms, tracker templates, comp/leveling checklists) that reduce manual work for recruiters and coordinators.
  • Maintain ATS hygiene across all corporate requisitions by correcting statuses and stages and promptly closing out filled or canceled reqs.
  • Monitor SLA adherence (scorecard turnaround, onsite-scheduling windows, offer timelines) and route breaches per the team's escalation framework.
  • Prepare recurring reporting packages and ad hoc data pulls for TA leadership, People/HR partners, and compliance requests.
  • Document and continuously improve standard operating procedures for recurring TA processes.
  • Partner with Recruiters and the Recruiting Coordinator to identify friction points and build the tool or tracker that solves them.
  • Support internal audit requests by pulling clean, accurate data on demand.
