About The Position

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist is a professional-level individual contributor responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional positions across the organization, typically supporting individual contributor, supervisor, manager, and director-level roles. This position partners with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand business needs, define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, assess candidate qualifications, and support timely hiring decisions across functions such as Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Revenue Cycle, and Corporate Operations. The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist applies sound recruiting judgment, market awareness, proactive sourcing techniques, and consistent candidate evaluation practices to identify qualified talent and advance searches efficiently. Working under general direction, this role manages multiple requisitions, maintains accurate recruiting documentation, provides clear communication to candidates and hiring teams, and contributes to a positive candidate experience while supporting compliant, equitable, and effective hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate, professional, or shared services roles.
  • Experience recruiting for roles across multiple business functions such as Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Revenue Cycle, or Corporate Operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions with moderate complexity and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through.
  • Working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices, behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, offer processes, and recruiting documentation standards.
  • Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other recruiting technologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, database mining, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach to active and passive candidates.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present candidate information, market feedback, and recruiting updates clearly and professionally.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, equal employment opportunity principles, compliant hiring practices, and candidate recordkeeping requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare, corporate services, multi-site organization, or high-growth environment experience preferred; recruiting certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS, or similar credential preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance for exempt and non-exempt corporate positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment activities to evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, feedback discussions, and hiring decisions.
  • Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages in partnership with HR and Compensation.
  • Recruit for a variety of corporate functions including: Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Legal & Compliance, Marketing & Communications, Revenue Cycle, Operations & Corporate Services.
  • Lead recruiting efforts for professional, management, and director-level positions.
  • Support confidential and hard-to-fill searches requiring targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines of active and passive talent.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, referrals, networking, professional associations, and other sourcing tools.
  • Create innovative sourcing approaches for difficult-to-fill and specialized positions.
  • Maintain talent communities for recurring and future hiring needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders regarding talent availability, labor market trends, and hiring challenges.
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, pipeline health, and search progress.
  • Consult with leaders regarding talent assessment, interview practices, and candidate selection.
  • Identify and escalate compensation, market, or candidate availability concerns impacting recruitment outcomes.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Promote the organization's employer brand and employee value proposition.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, career fairs, and professional associations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Monitor key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and pipeline conversion.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hiring procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that increase recruiting effectiveness and hiring quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
