About The Position

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading all talent acquisition initiatives for corporate office roles within the restaurant group. This person will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent for various corporate departments, including finance, marketing, human resources, and operations leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on professional with a strong background in corporate recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • At least 2-3 years focused on corporate recruiting.
  • Proven experience successfully hiring for a wide range of corporate roles, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with various ATS platforms and professional networking sites like LinkedIn Recruiter is necessary.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment plans.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting tools to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all corporate positions, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including professional networking, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the corporate careers page and social media presence to showcase the company as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that attract top talent.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
