The Corporate Strategy Director will play a key role in supporting the planning, analysis, and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. These initiatives typically span multiple business units and functions and require strong ownership, pace, and coordination to deliver clearly defined outcomes. This is a hands-on, execution-focused strategy role. It is not a people-management position and does not involve line management. Success requires the ability to work independently, structure ambiguous problems, and deliver high-quality outputs that senior leaders rely on in a fast-paced environment. The role will also provide targeted support to corporate development activity, including strategic fit assessments and early-stage due diligence, and contribute to ESG-related initiatives from a strategy and delivery perspective. Deep ESG subject-matter expertise is not required.
