TSC is seeking a highly qualified professional Corporate Development Director (Hybrid). The Corporate Development Director reports to the CEO and will serve as a strategic and execution partner to the C-Suite and executive leadership team. The role has responsibility for helping the CEO translate strategic priorities into coordinated action across the company combining executive-level operational management support with corporate finance and M&A expertise. This role bridges strategic planning, board governance, inorganic growth, and operational integration. This role helps the CEO and executive leadership team translate corporate, operational, customer, Board, and value creation priorities into clear initiatives, accountable owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating and preparing executive level briefings and materials for Board meetings, generating and maintaining metrics dashboards, preparing decision materials and strategic analyses, tracking enterprise initiatives, identifying emerging risks, and improving communication and follow-through across business units and corporate functions. The Director will also play an intricate part in the company’s corporate development and M&A activities by supporting target evaluation, diligence, financial analysis, transaction material preparation, and post-close integration. This role will generally support, and coordinate M&A activities rather than independently own every transaction from origination through closing. This position is highly visible and cross-functional. It requires the ability to understand complex business issues quickly, organize senior stakeholders, prepare clear recommendations, manage sensitive information, and ensure that important decisions are implemented effectively. The ideal candidate will combine: A history of supporting C-Suite and executive teams with complex and sensitive information and material preparation in support of strategic initiatives and reporting requirements Deep familiarity with defense, aerospace, intelligence, homeland-security, and national-security ecosystems. Being highly trusted, analytically strong, and execution-oriented with proven ability to work effectively at both the strategic and operational levels. Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity, able to influence without direct authority, and capable of communicating with executives, P&L leads, Board members, advisors, and government-oriented stakeholders. A practical, data-driven approach to value creation, M&A support, process tracking, and task management.
