We are looking for a Director of Corporate Development to help shape and execute our inorganic growth strategy. You will lead M&A and strategic partnership efforts end-to-end — from sourcing and due diligence through negotiation, deal execution, and post-close integration. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and business operations. This role reports directly to the VP of Corporate Development and works closely with executive leadership across product, finance, and legal.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, growth equity, or corporate development at a leading technology company.
  • Successful track record of executing M&A transactions
  • Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills; deep experience with negotiation and deal structuring
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and concisely
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and business judgment
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market assessments to identify suitable acquisition targets.
  • Evaluate industry trends that influence the company's growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather valuable market insights.
  • Develop financial models to project future cash flows and revenue impacts for potential acquisitions.
  • Analyze the historical financial performance of target companies to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the entire M&A process, from sourcing potential deals to negotiating and closing transactions.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence to identify risks and evaluate synergies.
  • Drive post-merger integration planning in coordination with functional stakeholders, ensuring deal value is captured
  • Prepare and present materials for executive and board-level audiences
