Mechanics Bank is currently searching for a Corporate Services Specialist to join our team. Here at Mechanics Bank, we value connection, partnership, long term relationships and working together in person. This role will be working on-site at our Walnut Creek HQ. Responsible for all aspects of logistics support including but not limited to: Receive, sort, and deliver bulk mail for various departments throughout the bank. Provide system technical support for logistics vendor web portal platforms (user setup, password support) Assist HQ centers with general administrative support including but not limited to: maintaining visitor log, greeting vendors and visitors, assist with badge assignment, breakroom organization and supply monitoring/ordering, conference room support, monitor and report general building facility needs, and support leadership with new hire functions as needed. Support Procurement team with entry-level task processing through Service Now.
