About The Position

Our Corporate Services Coordinator serves as key coordinator between internal departments, marketing, communications and production vendors. Location: this is an on-site position, located at our Meridian Idaho campus.

Requirements

  • 4/+ years’ mailroom operations, print production and/or other similar, relevant experience is required
  • strong preference for leadership experience in corporate services environment(s)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating with print and fulfillment vendors.
  • Responsible for requesting printing and fulfillment quotes.
  • Ensures brand standards and production quality on printed materials.
  • Creates and/or coordinates requisition process to obtain purchase orders, receiving and invoicing.
  • Assists with pricing print fulfillment job requests.
  • Monitors material inventory levels with off-site vendor, assists with replenishment orders.
  • Provides analytical support with department metrics and reporting.
  • Reviews material usage and postage allocation to assure correct departmental cost distribution.
  • Assists in the creation and updating of procedures and service level agreements related to all aspects of the department.
  • Assists leadership with Print on Demand, apparel and on-line store, and promotional items.
  • Assists with development and management of document repository.
  • Operates mail service equipment.
  • Receives, prepare and fulfill outbound mail jobs.
