The Partner Services Coordinator will support the Sponsorship Fulfillment Manager in all aspects of fulfillment including the coordination of advertising/sponsorship packages, building and maintaining relationships with clients, all aspects of premier customer service, partnership marketing, conceptual sales/fulfillment and other duties as assigned. This role will include the overseeing of one of the exclusive corporate sponsorship hosting spaces, ensuring positive interactions with clients on game day as well as coordinating social media sponsorship campaigns. Requirements

  • A firm commitment to the Mission of BYU
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Customer service experience
  • Willingness to uphold and live by the university’s Honor Code
  • All new employees who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be required to hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend, which may be verified during the application process.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated track record of success in a sports marketing environment supporting a sales group is strongly preferred
  • A history of success in a media, entertainment, or sports organization is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supporting new business and potential partners with the ability to manage sponsor support issues
  • Expertly fulfilling sponsorship contract activation requirements
  • Fulfilling advertising/sponsorship packages, including: Signage fabrication and installation
  • Management of merchandise, tickets, autographed items, and other related hospitality items
  • Management of trade agreements and oversight of corporate requirements concerning tracking and usage
  • Organize and run partner events and functions
  • Serving as the main client contact
  • Responsible for regular and ongoing communication throughout the organization and flawless contract execution
  • Development of efficient procurement and delivery strategies as it relates to servicing these accounts
  • Coordinating with other sales executives on inventory availability
  • Coordinating with vendors and appropriate University personnel to ensure all contract fulfillment is executed within scope and on time
  • Supporting sellers on client presentation materials
  • Cultivating relationships with current and prospective sponsors
  • Entertaining existing and new sponsors during hospitality and athletic events
  • Assisting the sales teams in managing and handling their accounts and contacts
  • Assists in development and implementation of marketing initiatives intended to increase partner exposure on campus and within the community
  • Deliver on all sales commitments made to partners throughout the sales cycle
  • Provides status updates to sales leaders and partners on a regular basis
  • Generation of new conceptual and experiential sales platforms
  • Identify and pursue local sales opportunities with new and existing sponsors
  • Entering and confirming all applicable data as it relates to inventory, sales, and clients into the CRM
  • Responsible for keeping sales staff and media crews apprised of CRM system needs and requirements
  • Provides reports and information about all property sales data from the CRM as needed
