What You’ll Do We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Services Specialist to provide administrative support for all markets and departments including oversight of routine and advanced duties for corporate teams, phone answering/routing, event support, document preparation/maintenance, coordinating supply orders and other various tasks. You will… Answer phone calls and direct calls throughout the organization. Greet associates, guests, and customers entering the corporate office and communicate with appropriate parties via phone, email, and Microsoft TEAMs. Order office supplies and business cards, and code corporate invoices for payment. Own event coordination including lunch orders, hotel reservations, food truck arrangements, large meeting preparations and associate social activities. Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Coordinate local and corporate vendors such as cleaners and vending machine services. What You Bring Requirements: Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED. Minimum two years of customer facing office experience. Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, internet navigation, and Adobe.
