This role will be located in Houston and is responsible for overseeing West Coast office administrative operations across Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, and Seattle, and supervising administrative team members in LA & SV offices ensuring efficient daily operations, consistent service standards, and effective coordination of facilities, vendors, and office services. The position supports Mitsui Americas’ real estate and asset portfolios, including office leases, company houses, and memberships, while taking a lead role in administering Ringi applications and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. The role provides executive‑level support to regional leadership, managing routine administrative and financial processes, and participates in coordinating corporate and CSR events.
