Requirements

Strong customer service background required (corporate, hospitality, or concierge experience highly preferred)
Prior security experience in a professional environment
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a corporate lobby
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Valid security license (if required by state regulations)

Responsibilities

Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests entering the facility
Deliver high‑level customer service consistent with a corporate environment
Monitor lobby activity and maintain awareness of all access points
Verify visitor credentials, issue badges, and manage check‑in procedures
Support corporate staff and executives with directions, assistance, and information
Maintain a calm, confident presence during busy periods or unexpected situations
Document daily activity, incidents, and visitor logs accurately
Enforce building policies while maintaining a service‑oriented approach
Communicate effectively with security leadership and building management
