The Corporate Security Military Development Program is a two-year rotational program designed to help veteran leaders leverage their military experience and skills within a corporate environment. The program aims to provide associates with the tools to manage their professional development, realize their potential, and maximize their contributions to Bank of America. It focuses on Corporate Security functions, offering participants two different assignments in two different groups. Activities are designed to foster teamwork, networking, and demonstrate Bank of America's vision and culture. Participants will attend program events and are encouraged to develop leadership skills by leading initiatives, teams, and strategy. The program seeks elite associates who can thrive in a fast-paced, empowered environment, handle multiple competing priorities, learn new tools quickly, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Professional/academic experience should include strong technical and management expertise in areas such as team management, statistical analysis, volume forecasting, change management, project management, and data management.
