The Corporate Security Military Development Program is a two-year rotational program designed to help veteran leaders leverage their military experience and skills in a corporate environment. The program aims to provide associates with the tools to manage their professional development, realize their future potential, and maximize their contributions to Bank of America. It focuses on Corporate Security line of business functions, offering participants two different assignments in two different groups. Activities are designed to foster teamwork, encourage networking, and demonstrate Bank of America's vision and culture. Participants will have opportunities to attend program events and are encouraged to develop leadership skills by leading initiatives, teams, and strategy. The program seeks an elite group of associates who can thrive in a fast-paced, empowered environment, handle multiple competing priorities, learn new tools quickly, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Professional and academic experience should include strong technical and management expertise, such as team management, statistical analysis, volume forecasting, change management, project management, and data management.
