About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Security General Associate Manager Corporate Security Operations. In this role, you will supervise varying levels of professionals in consulting and risk-based security products and services based on defined protocols, tasks, and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance. You will identify opportunities for developing, recommending, and implementing physical security equipment standards and policies to minimize risks associated with criminal incidents against company assets, team members, or customers. You will make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to the coordination, installation, upgrade, conversion, or servicing of alarm systems, access controls, cameras, and all other types of physical security equipment under the direction of Corporate Security management. You will leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, collaborate and consult with vendors, colleagues, and managers, manage the allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security, and be responsible for the selection, evaluation, and development of staff.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Corporate Security experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ year of Leadership experience

Nice To Haves

  • Must currently possess or able to obtain Virginia DCJS (Dept Criminal Justice Services) License
  • Strong leadership experience in a security or similar setting
  • Ability to identify and assess issues then make sound decisions
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
