About The Position

The group works on equity capital markets transactions, SEC compliance, and corporate governance for companies across a broad range of industries, as well as corporate, governance, and transactional matters for private companies. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level in a collaborative team environment. Requirements
