Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering engaging training sessions focused on sales techniques, company policies, and product knowledge.
  • Onboarding new call center employees and preparing them to meet performance expectations.
  • Assessing training effectiveness and providing ongoing coaching and support.
  • Collaborating with management to update and improve training materials and processes.
  • Maintaining detailed training records and reports.
