About The Position

Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in-office in Stamford, CT! This is not a customer service role, it is a sales position focused on outbound performance and closing deals. If you are a persistent communicator with a "closer" mentality, we would like to hear from you. We are looking for people who have experience selling and closing deals over the phone. As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar, qualifying them, and scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record: Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience.
  • Tech savvy + strong computer skills.
  • Must have a sales mentality and be a strong confident closer
  • Ability to perform in a remote environment and be held accountable for personal performance
  • Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presence
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability
  • Reliable work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is strongly preferred
